Motion Solutions respects your concerns about privacy and values the relationship we have with you. This Privacy Notice describes the types of personal information we collect online on Motion Solutions Websites (the “Site”), and offline, how we use the information, with whom we share it, and the choices and rights available to you regarding our use of the information. Do we ever collect information from publicly available sources?
We may collect personal data about you through publicly available sources such as LinkedIn or ZoomInfo.

Do we ever record your IP address?
We may record the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address of your computer or other electronic device when you visit the Motion Solutions Site. An IP address identifies the electronic device you use to access the Motion Solutions Site. Your IP address allows us to maintain communication with your computer as you navigate the Motion Solutions Site and to customize content. This information is also used to identify account-level data such as company name.

Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

How long do we retain website data?
To the extent required by applicable law, we will retain your personal information for the duration of our relationship, plus a reasonable period to comply with the applicable statute of limitations or if otherwise required under applicable law.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

California Online Privacy Protection Act compliance
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. We do not knowingly allow children to order our products or services, to communicate with us, or to use any of our online services. Do you use data collected for site analytics and improvement?
We use information collected online through cookies and other automated means to (i) customize our users’ visits to our Site, (ii) deliver content (including advertising) tailored to our users’ interests and the manner in which our users browse our Site, and (iii) manage our business. For more information about your privacy rights, or if you are not able to resolve a problem directly with us and wish to make a complaint, contact your local data protection authority, if applicable. If you would like to delete, amend, or correct your Personal Data and are contacting us by email, please put “Deletion Request” or “Amendment/Correction Request” in the subject line of the email. We will respond to all reasonable requests in a timely manner and may need to further confirm your identity in order to process certain requests.

What data security can I expect?
Motion Solutions maintains reasonable technical, administrative and physical controls to secure any Personal Data collected through the Motion Solutions Site. However, there is always some risk that an unauthorized third party could intercept an Internet transmission, or that someone will find a way to thwart our security systems. We urge you to exercise caution when transmitting Personal Data over the Internet, especially your financial-related information. The Motion Solutions Site may use social media plug-ins (e.g., the Facebook “Like” button, “Share to Twitter” button) to enable you to easily share information with others.
